Online Booking can be set to automatically send a reminder email to customers a number of days before their booking is scheduled.
Notes:
- The default is set to Previous Workday.
- Emails will only be sent to customers with confirmed bookings.
- The text within these emails is set by the manufacturer. It cannot be updated by a dealer.
To set auto email booking reminders:
- Click Workshop settings from the Workshop menu option.
- Click Change.
- Choose appropriately from the Email booking reminder drop-down menu.
- Not required: Does not send reminder emails.
- Previous day: A customer booked for Monday would receive an email on Sunday.
- Previous weekday: A customer booked for Monday would receive an email on Friday.
- Choose what time the email should be sent from the drop-down.
- When finished, click Update.
