Incorrect Currency Symbol Displays During Booking

Pricing in Online Booking will show the applicable currency symbol (e.g. $ or £) based on the user's computer settings. The process varies depending on the computer's operating system. Follow the appropriate steps below.

• Windows 7
• Windows 10
• Windows 11

To fix currency symbols in Windows 7:

1. Click the Start button.
   
2. Click the Control Panel.
3. Click Clock, Language, and Region.
   
4. Click Region and Language.
   
5. In the Formats tab of the dialog box, choose as desired from the Format drop-down option.
   
6. Click Additional Settings.
   
7. In the Customize Format dialog box, click the Currency tab. Double-check the appropriate Currency Symbol is selected from the drop-down.
   
   
   1. If not, choose the correct symbol from the drop-down. 
8. When ready, click OK.
9. Click OK to close the Region and Language dialog box.
10. Your settings should be saved.

To fix currency symbols in Windows 10:

1. Click the Start button.
   
2. Click the Control Panel.
3. Click Change date, time, or number formats.
   
4. In the Formats tab of the dialog box, choose as desired from the Format drop-down option.
   
5. Click Additional Settings.
   
6. In the Customize Format dialog box, click the Currency tab. Double-check the appropriate Currency Symbol is selected from the drop-down.
   
   
   1. If not, choose the correct symbol from the drop-down. 
7. When ready, click OK.
8. Click OK to close the Region dialog box.
9. Your settings should be saved.

To fix currency symbols in Windows 11:

1. Click the Search button.
   
2. Type Control Panel in the search box.
   
3. Control Panel should display as your best match. Click Open. 
   
4. Under the Clock and Region section, click Change date, time, or number formats.
   
5. In the Formats tab of the dialog box, choose as desired from the Format drop-down option.
   
6. Click Additional settings.
   
7. From the Customize Format window, click the Currency tab. Double-check the appropriate Currency symbol is selected from the drop-down.
   
   
   1. If not, choose the correct symbol from the drop-down. 
8. When ready, click OK.
9. Click OK to close the Region dialog box.
10. Your settings should be saved.
